Let’s talk about vibes. It’s not a scientific word, but it should be. It is difficult to explain what is a vibe exactly but let’s give it a shot.
Vibe is something you sense in the environment, a feeling you get from a particular place or a thing or a person. It could put you at your ease or tense you up, make you more trusting, let you have fun or annoy you for a reason you can’t quite put a finger on. Your own vibe is also something you bring to your environment. That quality about you that others can sense, and feel comforted or discomforted by.
Neuro-scientifically speaking, the ability to ‘sense a vibe’ is your brain using all of its perceptive skills at once. Your five senses, your empathy, your ability to observe patterns and calculate new ones, your memory of past experiences of similar patterns and that beautiful thing known as ‘gut instinct’. Your own vibe is a sum total of your self-confidence, likes and dislikes, comfort levels with the environment, ability to adapt to change and defense mechanisms. Everything that makes you, you.
I’m just here to remind you all that your vibe is precious. Don’t let anyone ruin it.

So my question is if the vibe is coming from within ourself with the kind of experience we had in our past or the kind of feeling we are in , then we say somebody's vibe is not good
Or its the vibration we feel from the people we are surrounded with.
